He is Ramjet, Herald of Unicron, harbringer of unmaking.
His very touch means annihilation; his connection with Unicron and what was done to him in the between of dimensions has given him cruel, reality-warping powers.
When Unicron died (in Unicron Trilogy), Ramjet was stuck in the nothingness between universes, but he wasn't alone. Whoever they were, they toyed with the Cybertronian's spark, repeatedly annihilating and remaking his very existence. Now, free from that grasp, Ramjet isn't purely Cybertronian anymore.
His will is the only thing that holds his being together.
And he's not all there, mentally.
He is Ramjet, Herald of Unicron, and he will bring the multiverse to his lord and master to consume.
Otherwise also known as "that evil, melty guy".
